QUESTION:
I
have spent quite a lot of time trying to find drivers/utilities for my
PCG-7H2M. Sony doesn't recognize the model on their website so not sure what to
do.
I have already reformatted my hard drive and installed Windows XP so now I need the drivers/utilities to be able to use the notebook.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

The
reason there is no listing for PCG-7H2M is, you are referring to the chassis
number found on the Bottom Housing Label.
We do understand its right there on the sticker underneath and it is confusing. Each model in that series uses the same bottom housing.

I was
able to find PCG-7H2M refers to VGN-FE1 series notebooks it is possible your
computer is of that series.
If you still cannot find it contact support and provide the serial number of the notebook and it can be looked up for you.
