Can't find drivers for Sony VAIO SVF152A29M

I am experiencing some issues with WLAN connection, so I wanted to download and install latest drivers, but I can't find any drivers for SVF152A29M. 

When I goggled this model number I found few posts regarding this notebook, but it is not listed on any official Sony website.
