Sending or receiving via Bluetooth not working

QUESTION:

I have a problem with my vaio VPCS111FM.
I bought it about a month ago and really it's GREAT.
But the problem is that I can't send or receive anything via Bluetooth.

Even when I'm sure it's turned on and working 100 %.
it even can show other devices that are turned on but can't send them anything.
These are my settings and to make sure it's really on

I thought about deleting the Bluetooth driver and reinstalling it
but I don't know how to do it! (Especially delete it)

any help please?? It’s important and I can't live without a Bluetooth

SOLUTION:

Check if physical hardware switch is turned ON. It is located near the touchpad.

Reinstall Bluetooth driver and its update:
