How can I find the model name of a Sony Vaio PCG-61611L SN# 27526937 3016717 Service Tag: C104ULCU Manufactured 9/2010. I need to obtain the OEM System Disk to reinstall the operating system.

SOLUTION:

There are several ways to check the model name of the computer. Yours usually starts with VGC or VPC. 

-on the bezel of the frame of the laptop

-on Vaio Care (desktop)

-Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > System

-at the bottom of the laptop, usually near the bar code

Using your serial number here is what I found:
Model name: VPCEE31FX/BJ
