QUESTION:
I
have a Vaio Laptop series: VPCEB33FM. I bought it last September with
2-year-warranty. But now I can't start the windows. It always showed 2 lines:
- Windows startup repair ( recommended)
- Start windows normally
At first I've tried the second one and it didn't work ( the startup screen kept running until the black screen appeared ).
Next I tried the first one to repair my laptop but it said that it couldn't repair the computer automatically.
Then I tried to restore the system 3 times and it couldn't complete.
So what I have to do now?
SOLUTION:
If
you haven't changed the OS, try performing a factory recovery by pressing the
F10 key at VAIO logo screen. It will delete all data on your computer.
In-case, you have any data to save... try using the feature Rescue data within vaio care after pressing the F10. Then backup the data to external HDD or CD/DVD discs.
Restore C: drive is the option you need to select to start the system recovery.
