VAIO VPCF1 BluRay Player problem with Windows 10

QUESTION:

Hi, My VAIO VPCF13WFX has been unable to read BluRay discs after installing Windows’ 10. The Sony Opt arc website is ancient, and the drivers are neither updated nor available for my model BC 5500H SATA drives. Is there any official or unofficial answer to this problem??

The drive simply won't read the BD disc. It sounds like it is trying to read but it fails to do so. I have tested the drive with a DVD and works properly. I have a BD player but as long as the BD hasn't been read by Windows, the player would not show any content

SOLUTION:

Most probably this is Windows 10 driver issue. Windows 10 OS won't work well with your Vaio VPCF13WFX that came with Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit. We do not have updated drivers and software that support your machine.
