SONY VAIO- DVD problem post recovery restore from ASSIST

QUESTION:

Laptop details:

 

Model: VPCEH18FG

OS: WIN 7 64 bit  home premium

 

To resolve VAIO UPDATE issue, as suggested from CUSTOMER SUPPORT I restored the OS from ASSIST .

 

Now,

1) VAIO UPDATE updates issue still there,

2) DVD drive not detecting DVD.

Lots of problems, Vaio update issue, DVD not recognize, FAN Sound, Heating Issue

 

Please help me
