Have you checked if VPCCW23EN is compatible with Windows 8? How did you upgrade the OS? Check the
settings in Synaptic software. We recommend downloading and installing all the drivers and
software from Sony support page.
You may also run Vaio Update to download the
Sony drivers and Windows Update
