Problem with TOUCHPAD


QUESTION:


I have recently started experiencing an occaisional problem with my Sony VAIO E-series whereby the two-finger scroll action on the touchpad ceases to work after sometime.
Has anyone else experienced problems like this?


I have observed the following:


*Only two finger click (equivalent to a right-click)works. Rotate, single finger scroll and 2 fingers scroll doesn't work.
* The Synaptics animated icon tray icon disappears.
* A computer restart seems to be the only reliable way of correcting the problem.


I think this problem is there after I have updated my laptop to windows 10




SOLUTION:

Kindly check if your Sony Vaio is compatible with Windows 10 operating system. You may also reinstall the driver in Device Manager. If the issue is still unresolved, download the drivers manually by visiting Sony support website
