Two finger Scroll enabling

I have upgraded to windows 8.Could you please tell how to enable two finger scroll in VPCCW23EN?  I need help

Have you checked if VPCCW23EN is compatible with Windows 8? How did you upgrade the OS? Check the settings in Synaptic software. We recommend downloading and installing all the drivers and software from Sony support page. 

 

You may also run Vaio Update to download the Sony drivers and Windows Update for Microsoft drivers.

VAIO VPCZ116GG

QUESTION:

 

Product name: VAIO VPCZ116GG.window 7 Pro.

 

The pc now need to power-on a few time before it can start-up, but it will just shutdown a few minute later.

 

The pc is connected directly to power point.

 

But some time it can last one hour before shutdown again.

 

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

SOLUTION:

Let's isolate the issue by performing a power cycle: 

Remove the battery and all peripherals -> press and hold the power button for 5 seconds OR, if the battery is not removable, remove all peripherals -> look for a battery off button on the bottom of the laptop -> push the button for 5 seconds -> you may use a safety pin.

SONY VAIO- DVD problem post recovery restore from ASSIST

QUESTION:

Laptop details:

 

Model: VPCEH18FG

OS: WIN 7 64 bit  home premium

 

To resolve VAIO UPDATE issue, as suggested from CUSTOMER SUPPORT I restored the OS from ASSIST .

 

Now,

1) VAIO UPDATE updates issue still there,

2) DVD drive not detecting DVD.

Lots of problems, Vaio update issue, DVD not recognize, FAN Sound, Heating Issue

 

Please help me
