VAIO VPCEC22FX - The Drive where Windows is installed is locked

QUESTION:

I installed Windows 8 Pro and the computer went hey wire on me and I could not get it back up and running. I tried everything, I am at my end. 

 I cannot install, restore, and recover. Or even reset.  All that the computer will tell me is, The Drive where windows are installed is locked.  Unlock the drive and try again.  

Can anyone help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Since you mentioned you tried almost everything and still getting the same result, my advice is to format the laptop using a recovery disc
