Keyboard Backlight

QUESTION:

I have a model Vaio SVF15A190S when I switched to windows 8.1 and later on the windows 10 I have lost the original program's Vaio. 

During all these transitions keyboard back light settings have changed. At the moment, it only glows when touched.

How do I return the mode of constant illumination? I must say that my Vaio recovery disks are lost. Thank you.
