QUESTION:
After i
update my Sony Vaio SVF15AA1QW laptop i lost vaio update software and vaio care
software. Also i can't turn off the touchpad even if i delete touchpad software
or turning off from the startup tab on task manager it keeps working.
Also i don’t know why i can’t find my model number on
anywhere in the back it says svf15aa1qw but i can’t find any drivers through
this website
SOLUTION:
You may try to re-download the software from the website if
it is available. If not, then try to restore the system back to the date that
the software was there.
